1.Kifungu cha Kwanza
PesaFlow inatambua kwamba usiri wa taarifa ni muhimu kwako. Tumeunda sera hii ya faragha
("Sera ya Faragha") ili kuonyesha dhamira yetu ya kulinda usiri wa taarifa zako. Sera hii ya Faragha inaelezea
mbinu zetu za kukusanya na kushiriki taarifa na inaanza kutumika tarehe 15 Agosti 2022.
2.Idhini
Kwa kutumia programu yetu na tovuti yetu au kwa kutupatia Taarifa zako za Kibinafsi, utachukuliwa kuwa umetoa
ruhusa yako kwa ukusanyaji, matumizi, na uchakataji wa Taarifa zako za Kibinafsi, na umekubali sera na taratibu
zilizoelezwa katika Ilani hii ya Faragha. Ikiwa huruhusu ukusanyaji, matumizi, na uchakataji wa Taarifa zako za
Kibinafsi, tafadhali jiepushe na kutumia programu yetu na tovuti yetu, au wasiliana nasi kwa masuala yoyote
yanayohusiana na faragha.
3.Ukusanyaji wa Taarifa
Sehemu hii inaelezea makundi ya taarifa tunazokusanya na jinsi tunavyotumia taarifa hizo. Tunakusanya makundi
yafuatayo ya taarifa (kwa pamoja, "Taarifa"):
a. Taarifa za Maombi ya Mkopo
Programu yetu inakusaidia kuanzisha na kukamilisha maombi ya mkopo. Ili kupitia kila ombi, tunakusanya taarifa
muhimu ("Taarifa za Maombi ya Mkopo") kwa ajili ya kutathmini uwezo wako wa kulipa. Taarifa hizi zinajumuisha,

b.Ruhusa Tunazokusanya:
Ruhusa ya Kamera:
Tunatumia programu chaguo-msingi ya kamera ya kifaa chako kwa kutumia mfumo wa ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE kwa ajili
ya kugundua uhai (liveness detection) na kuthibitisha utambulisho wako (KYC). Katika mchakato huu, tunachukua
picha ya uso wako (selfie) tu ili kuthibitisha kwamba akaunti yako inatumika na wewe mwenyewe. Picha itasimbwa
(encrypted) kabla ya kupakiwa kwenye seva zetu na itafutwa mara moja baada ya uthibitisho kukamilika.
Ruhusa hii ni ya hiari kabisa. Ikiwa huchagui kutoa ruhusa hii, mbinu mbadala za uthibitisho zinaweza
kupatikana, lakini vipengele fulani vinaweza kuzuiwa.
Ruhusa ya SMS:
Tunaomba ruhusa ya kufikia ujumbe wako wa SMS kwa madhumuni ya kutambua miamala inayohusiana na fedha pekee. Mfumo
wetu huchuja ujumbe kwenye kifaa chako kwa kutumia maneno muhimu ya kifedha na vitambulisho vya mtumaji (Sender
ID). Kutoka kwa ujumbe uliochujwa, tunakusanya Sender ID, maudhui ya ujumbe, na muda wa kutuma ujumbe. Taarifa
hizi husimbwa na kutumwa kwa usalama kwa ajili ya uchambuzi wa tathmini ya mikopo. Hatusomi wala hatukusanyi
ujumbe wa kibinafsi au usiohusiana na fedha, na data yako haitashirikiwa na mtu wa tatu yeyote. Ukikataa ruhusa
hii, inaweza kuathiri usahihi wa tathmini yako ya mkopo.
Ruhusa ya Mahali:
Ili kuzuia shughuli za ulaghai, tunahitaji ruhusa ya kufikia taarifa zako za mahali ili kuthibitisha kwamba uko
ndani ya nchi zinazoungwa mkono na huduma yetu. Tunakusanya tu anwani yako ya IP na hatufuatilii eneo lako la GPS.
Anwani yako ya IP itasimbwa kabla ya kupakiwa kwenye seva zetu na itatumika tu kwa madhumuni ya uthibitisho.
Taarifa hizi hazitashirikiwa na wahusika wengine.
Unaweza kutazama au kufuta ruhusa zozote ulizozitoa wakati wowote kupitia mipangilio ya kifaa chako. Kuchagua
kutotoa ruhusa fulani kunaweza kusababisha utendaji mdogo wa vipengele fulani lakini haitaathiri upatikanaji wako
wa huduma za msingi.
Kifaa:
Tunakusanya maelezo, ikiwa ni pamoja na aina ya simu, toleo la mfumo, na saizi ya skrini, ili kuchambua na
kuboresha utangamano wa bidhaa zetu kwenye vifaa tofauti. Aidha, maelezo haya yanatusaidia kulinda watumiaji dhidi
ya ulaghai wa akaunti. Tunahifadhi data hii salama kwenye seva ya kibinafsi (https://mau.camptech.online) na hatuishiriki na wahusika wa tatu.
Orodha ya aplikesheni ulizopakua:

muda wa masasisho, na msimbo wa toleo. Maelezo yote yaliyokusanywa yatapitishwa kwa usimbaji fiche wa hali ya juu
na kupakiwa kwa usalama kwenye seva zetu kupitia itifaki ya HTTPS (https://mau.camptech.online). Data yako haitashirikiwa na mhusika yeyote wa tatu bila
ruhusa yako.
4.Kushiriki Taarifa
Tunaweza kushiriki taarifa zako na wahusika wa tatu katika mazingira yafuatayo, tukizingatia kikamilifu sheria,
kanuni za Tanzania, na Sera hii ya Faragha:
Kushiriki na Washirika wa Mikopo (Sharing with Lending Partners):
Ili kuwezesha maombi yako ya mkopo na mchakato wa idhini, tunaweza kushiriki taarifa zako za maombi ya mkopo
(mfano: jina, namba ya kitambulisho, maelezo ya kipato) na washirika wetu wa mikopo. Washirika hawa wanaweza pia
kushiriki taarifa zako na watoa huduma wanaosaidia programu zao za mikopo (mfano: kampuni za huduma za mkopo au
mashirika ya ukusanyaji wa madeni). Washirika wote wanatakiwa kwa mkataba kulinda usalama wa taarifa zako.
Kushiriki na Watoa Huduma (Sharing with Service Providers):
Tunaweza kushirikiana na watoa huduma wa tatu ili kutoa huduma bora zaidi, kama vile hifadhi ya data,
uchakataji wa mikopo, au msaada wa uuzaji (kwa mujibu wa sheria inavyoruhusu). Watoa huduma wote wanatakiwa kwa
mkataba kuhakikisha usalama wa taarifa na hawawezi kutumia data hiyo nje ya madhumuni yaliyoelezwa katika Sera hii
ya Faragha.
Kushiriki na Serikali au Mamlaka za Udhibiti (Sharing with Government or Regulatory Authorities):
Tunaweza kutoa taarifa zako kwa mamlaka husika ili kutimiza majukumu ya kisheria, kama vile kuzuia ulaghai,
kutoa ripoti za kodi, au ukaguzi wa kufuata sheria, kama inavyotakiwa na sheria au ombi kutoka kwa mamlaka husika.
Kuzuia Ulaghai na Kulinda Haki (Fraud Prevention and Rights Protection):
Pale inapohitajika kulinda haki za kisheria za kampuni au watumiaji, au kushughulikia shughuli za ulaghai au
uvunjaji wa sheria, tunaweza kushiriki taarifa zinazohitajika.
Takwimu Zisizotambulisha au Zilizojumlishwa (Anonymized or Aggregated Data):
Tunaweza kushiriki takwimu za kitakwimu au zilizofanywa kutokutambulisha mtu binafsi na washirika wa kibiashara
au mashirika yanayohusiana kwa uchambuzi wa biashara na uboreshaji wa huduma.
Kushiriki na Majukwaa ya Uchambuzi na Matangazo ya Wahusika wa Tatu (Sharing with Third-Party Analytics and
Advertising Platforms):
Tunaunganisha zana za wahusika wa tatu, kama vile Google Ads SDK na Appsflyer, ili kukusanya na kuchambua tabia
za watumiaji ndani ya programu. Zana hizi hutusaidia kwa:
Ufuatiliaji wa Ufanisi wa Matangazo (Advertising Conversion Tracking):

Kukusanya data kuhusu jinsi watumiaji wanavyoshirikiana na matangazo na kupima ufanisi wa kampeni za
masoko.

Ahadi ya Ulinzi wa Data (Data Protection Commitment):

Taarifa zote zinazoshirikiwa na wahusika hawa wa tatu zinapitia mchakato wa kutokutambulisha au kujumuishwa
inapowezekana, kuhakikisha kuwa hakuna taarifa za kibinafsi (PII) zinazofichuliwa.

5. Kupata na Kusasisha Taarifa
Hatuwezi kwa sasa kutoa uwezo wa kusasisha taarifa mtandaoni. Unaweza kuwasiliana nasi kwa barua, kama
ilivyoainishwa katika Sehemu ya 12 ya Sera hii ya Faragha, ili kusasisha Taarifa za Maombi ya Mkopo.
6. Viungo kwa Programu Nyingine
Programu hii ina viungo vya programu nyingine. Kwa kubofya viungo hivyo, utaondoka kwenye programu hii na
kuingia kwenye programu nyingine. Utaratibu wa faragha wa programu hizo zilizounganishwa haujafunikwa na Sera hii
ya Faragha, na PesaFlow haiwajibiki kwa taratibu za faragha, ukusanyaji wa data, usalama au
maudhui ya programu nyingine hizo. Unapaswa kuchukua tahadhari kwa kupitia sera za faragha za programu
zilizounganishwa kabla ya kuzitumia.
7. Usalama
Taarifa zote zilizokusanywa kwenye programu hii zinasimbwa wakati wa usafirishaji, kuhifadhiwa ndani ya
hifadhidata salama, na kulindwa na vizuizi vya moto na vipengele vingine vya usalama. Hata hivyo, kama ilivyo kwa
teknolojia za usimbaji za sasa, hakuna mfumo wa usalama usiovunjika. Hatuwezi kuhakikisha usalama wa hifadhidata
zetu, wala hatuwezi kuhakikisha kwamba Taarifa unazotoa hazitatwaliwa wakati wa kusafirishwa kwetu kupitia
mtandao.
8.LUGHA
Iwapo kuna kutofautiana kati ya toleo la Kiingereza la Sera hii ya Faragha na matoleo mengine ya lugha, toleo
la Kiingereza litatawala.
9. HAKI
Tumejitolea kuhakikisha uwazi katika jinsi tunavyoshughulikia data zako na kuhakikisha unayo mamlaka kamili juu
ya taarifa zako za kibinafsi. Unapoitumia huduma zetu, unayo haki zifuatazo:
Haki ya Kufikia Taarifa:Unayo haki ya kuomba kufikia taarifa zako za kibinafsi
tunazohifadhi, ikiwa ni pamoja na aina za data, madhumuni ya matumizi, na kama zimegawanywa na wahusika wengine.
Baada ya ombi lako, tutatoa nakala ya taarifa hizi.
Haki ya Kusahihisha Taarifa:Iwapo utaona kuwa taarifa za kibinafsi tunazohifadhi ni
sahihi au hazijakamilika, unayo haki ya kuomba marekebisho au nyongeza. Tutasasisha data mara moja baada ya
kuthibitisha ombi lako.
Haki ya Kufuta Taarifa:Katika hali fulani (mfano, ikiwa hutumii tena huduma zetu au
unataka kuondoa idhini yako), unaweza kuomba kufutwa kwa taarifa zako za kibinafsi. Tafadhali kumbuka kuwa data
fulani inaweza kuhitajika kuhifadhiwa kwa madhumuni ya kisheria au uzingatiaji wa kanuni.
Haki ya Kuzuia Uchakataji:Unaweza kuomba kwamba tuzuie uchakataji wa taarifa zako
za kibinafsi. Kwa mfano, ikiwa una mashaka juu ya usahihi wa data au madhumuni ya uchakataji, unaweza kuomba
kizuizi hadi suala hilo litakaposhughulikiwa.
Haki ya Kuhamisha Data:Pale inapofaa, unaweza kuomba kwamba taarifa zako za
kibinafsi zihamishwe kwako au kwa mhusika wa tatu wa chaguo lako. Haki hii inahusu data iliyohifadhiwa kwa njia
ya kielektroniki.
Haki ya Kuondoa Idhini:Unaweza kuondoa idhini yako ya sisi kuchakata taarifa zako
za kibinafsi wakati wowote. Kuondoa idhini hakutaathiri uchakataji wowote uliofanyika kabla ya kuondolewa kwa
idhini.
Haki ya Kutoa Malalamiko:Ikiwa unaamini kuwa hatujashughulikia taarifa zako za kibinafsi
ipasavyo, unayo haki ya kutoa malalamiko kwa mamlaka husika ya ulinzi wa data.
Jinsi ya Kutekeleza Haki Zako:Ikiwa ungependa kutekeleza haki yoyote kati ya zilizoorodheshwa hapo juu au
kujifunza zaidi kuhusu jinsi taarifa zako za kibinafsi zinavyoshughulikiwa, tafadhali wasiliana nasi kupitia:

PesaFlow understands that confidentiality of information is important to you. We have
created this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") to demonstrate our commitment to keeping your information
confidential. This Privacy Policy describes our information collection and sharing practices and is effective as
of August 15, 2022.
2.CONSENT
By using our app and website or providing us your Personal Data, you will be treated as having given your
permission for our collection, use, and processing of your Personal Data, and you have accepted the policies and
practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not allow the collection, use, and processing of your
Personal Data, kindly refrain from using our app and website, and/or contact us for any privacy-related
concerns.
3.Collecting Information
This section describes the categories of information we collect and how we use that information. We collect
the following categories of information (collectively, "Information"):
a. Loan Application Information
Our app helps you initiate and complete loan applications. To review each application, we collect necessary
information ("Loan Application Information") to assess your creditworthiness. This information includes, but is
not limited to, your name, gender, marital status, income details, phone number, residential address,
identification details (such as ID number or passport number), and financial information. This data is used to
evaluate, approve, and manage loans and to assist our partner lenders in completing the loan approval process.
The collection, use, and disclosure of Loan Application Information will strictly comply with this Privacy
Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
b.Here is all permissions we collect:
Camera Permission:
We use the device's default camera application by invoking the system's ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE intent to
perform liveness detection and identity verification (KYC). During this process, we only capture a selfie photo
to verify that your account is being used by you. The captured photo will be encrypted before being uploaded to
our servers and will be deleted immediately after the verification is complete. This permission is entirely
optional. If you choose not to grant it, alternative verification methods may be available, but certain features
might be limited.
SMS Permission:
We request access to your SMS messages solely to identify financial-related transactions. Our system filters
messages locally on your device using financial keywords and sender IDs. From the filtered messages, we collect
the Sender ID, message content, and timestamp. This information is encrypted and securely uploaded for credit risk
analysis. We do not access or collect personal or unrelated SMS, and your data is never shared with third parties.
Refusing this permission may reduce the accuracy of your credit assessment
Location Permission:
To prevent fraudulent activities, we require access to your location information to verify that you are
within the supported countries of our service. We only collect your IP address and do not track GPS location.
Your IP address will be encrypted before being uploaded to our servers and will only be used for verification
purposes. This data will not be shared with any third parties.
You can view or revoke any granted permissions at any time via your device's settings. Choosing not to grant
specific permissions may result in limited functionality for certain features but will not affect your access to
the core services.
Device:
We collect information, including phone model, system version, and screen size, to analyze and optimize our
product's compatibility across different devices. Additionally, this information helps us protect users from
account fraud. We store this data securely on a private server (https://mau.camptech.online) and do not share it with third parties.
List of installed apps:
We need to identify and collect your list of installed applications to assess your multiple loan activities.
Understanding your app usage helps us evaluate your credit risk and provide better financial services.
We will collect the following information: application name, installation date, package name, version number,
update time, and version code. All collected information will be highly encrypted and securely uploaded to our
servers via HTTPS protocol (https://mau.camptech.online). Your data will never be
shared with any third party without your permission.

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances, strictly adhering to
Tanzanian laws, regulations, and this Privacy Policy:
Sharing with Lending Partners:To facilitate your loan application and approval
process, we may share your loan application information (e.g., name, ID number, income details) with our lending
partners. These partners may further share your information with service providers supporting their loan
programs (e.g., loan servicing companies or collection agencies). All partners are contractually required to
safeguard your information.
Sharing with Service Providers:We may collaborate with third-party service
providers to deliver optimized services, such as data storage, loan processing, or marketing support (limited to
what is permitted by law). All service providers are contractually obligated to ensure data security and may not
use the data beyond the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing with Government or Regulatory Authorities:We may provide your information
to relevant authorities to fulfill legal obligations, such as fraud prevention, tax reporting, or compliance
checks, as required by law or upon request from regulatory agencies.
Fraud Prevention and Rights Protection:When necessary to protect the legal rights
of the company or users, or to address potential fraudulent activities or violations, we may share the required
information.
Anonymized or Aggregated Data:We may share statistical or anonymized data that
cannot identify you personally with business partners or affiliates for business analysis and service

Sharing with Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Platforms:
We integrate third-party tools, such as Google Ads SDK and Appsflyer, to collect and analyze user behavior
within the app. These tools help us:
Advertising Conversion Tracking:Collect data on how users interact with
advertisements and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Google Ads SDK may collect anonymized device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) to improve ad targeting and
campaign performance.

This app contains links to other apps. By clicking on such links, you will leave this app and enter the other
apps. The privacy practices of such linked apps are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and PesaFlow is not
responsible for the privacy practices, data collection, security or content of other
apps. You should be careful to review any privacy policies posted on linked apps before using them.
7. Security
All Information gathered on this app is encrypted during transmission stored within secure databases and
protected by firewalls and other security features. As effective as current encryption technology is, however,
no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that
Information which you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
8.LANGUAGE
If there is any inconsistency between the English version of this Privacy Policy and other language versions,
the English version shall prevail.
9. RIGHT
We are committed to providing transparency in how we handle your data and ensuring that you have full control
over your personal information. When using our services, you have the following rights:
Right to Access:You have the right to request access to the personal information we store about you,
including the types of data, purposes of use, and whether it has been shared with third parties. Upon request,

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable
